I need a refund from a gift certificate for a business that no longer in business. The customer service number(833) 51*-***) that is available send you to a voicemail & not a live person so nothing was resolved. They did mention something like in the future there might be refund available through court

Souplantion - Disrespectful behavior Friday Feb 28 2020 at souplantation 17411 Colima Rd, City of Industry, CA 91748 We have been going to this location every Friday after work since 2012 I received a disrespectful behavior and sarcastic smart *** answer rolling eyes from the young lady cashier in which got me very angry because of her lack of respect and customer services. If you don't like to deal with different type of customer you should not be cashier's. Perhaps you should be in back in the kitchen or cleaning the bathroom. (by way the bathroom are so nasty filthy) And a horrible odor. Back to my complaint and story It was like 8pm. After we paid for our meal I had to say something to the young cashier in which she made a sarcastic smile and with smart *** mumble enjoy it and roll her eyes. With her sarcasm smile that did it for me and I got so upset and took the best of me and I said something to her It wasnt pleasant Which the cashier responded I will report you to my manager and I said go ahead please tell her. We were about to seat down when this white lady (the manager) and the young Blk guy I supposed he was the security gor her /body guard came to our table and said to me that I had said something inappropriate to the cashier and she said we do. Not condone that type of behavior and asked to leave the restaurant. My question to you is: so where the customer services we paid for a meal and to have a nice customer service it seems to me that its ok when your employees gives you a nasty looks and nasty body language behaviors but you cant retaliate. But isn't inappropriate when she does that her nasty attitude towards paying customers I demand an apology From that that white manager for humiliated me in front of many ppl and from that cashier in the restaurant I feel that the white lady (manager) at this location was also racist towards Asians customers. It sad that after being a10 years plus loyal customer Of this location I get treated like this. I even made friends with few of your waitresses our favorite waiter FABIO We love him We always give him good tips for his wonderful customer service. Is this what we expect from a restaurant like Souplantation ? I dont want cause any trouble at all. Only I expect from this restaurant little more cooperation and understanding. We are regular customer of souplantation . Doesnt customer deserve little better treatment than this? Still love this place but that poor manager and her skills should be removed form this location. Ive told my other friends and family of the incident and they wont be coming back usually every Friday night a group of 14 us go to this location but now no one wants to go back. It sad because I like that place but I would not tolerate that type of customer service toward me or anyone in our party its very disrespectful and shameful I'm so upset that after buying 500 dls of gift card to pass to my family and friends I get this type of treatment

Our family has loved the experience of eating at Soup Plantation for years. Always enjoyable food, loved your great variety of salads and soup wise the chicken noodle always called my name. Sorry to see changes but with recent closures all around I imagine you have been hit really hard and unable to visualize all of the safety measures, and changes you would have to implement to reopen, and at innumerable locations. You will be missed! I do have a question regarding gift cards. We have one valued at $100.00 dollars, is your only recommendation to contact the credit card company we made our purchase through, otherwise any recommendations? Yeah, still can't understand why ALL the Souplantations in So Cal had to close. Maybe reopen some later this year, if individually??

Hello, my name is Jie Song. In Nov 2019, I purchased 4 ($50/each) gift card on line. My order #CND75B39FE. I did receive the card by e-mail. So far, I only used one card at Porter Ranch Town Center Location. But when I checked another cards on line, I noticed that one of my card #603571****17003**** (I have never used this card) has a $0.0 balance, and it shows this card was Forced redeem at Location SOUPLANTATION #135 where I have never been to in my whole life. I have been calling customer service,Gift Card Line, I have been transferred to many departments, I left voice mail over and over since last week. But till now, NO one has called me back nor can help me to solve this problem over the phone. I hope by writing is complain letter, can bring this issue to someone who can help me. Thank you.
